Pre-Purchase Inspections Sunshine Coast

Our Pre-Purchase Building Inspections are conducted by qualified & accredited inspectors in accordance with Australian Standards

A Pre-Purchase Building Inspection conducted by Sunshine Building Inspections will comprise of a full external & full internal visual inspection, including sub floor & roof void accessible areas of the property that you are about to purchase. The Building Inspector will provide you with a written report on the same day as the inspection. This report will contain photos & recommendations that will identify faults & issues that affect the property, giving you peace of mind, so that your decision to purchase is an informed one.

You are welcome & encouraged to attend the inspection, so that the Inspector may present to you first hand the facts & issues whilst at the property.

A purchase contract will have conditions & the timing before the contract goes unconditional will be one such condition, so don’t risk your opportunity to pull out of a contract on receipt of an unsatisfactory building report if the report was written by an unlicensed person that the Vendors Solicitor rejects.

Our guarantee to you is to support you during the pre-purchase phase.
