Construction has three critical phases that we recommend inspections take place to cross check that the as constructed is as per the Engineers designs & quality is as per expected & accepted standards. We recommend quality assurance inspections at three critical stages:
1. Prior to the ground slab pour to cross check that the foundation preparation, reinforcement steel is as per the Structural Engineers details & termite barriers are as per the contract detail

Frame stage before the external & internal wall cladding commences to cross check truss installation is as per the manufacturers detail & that the wall frame tie downs & wind bracing is as per the Structural Engineers detail

2. Final or handover stage to cross check quality of the finish & that any approved variations have been fulfilled

3. To undertake these three staged inspections we will require a full set of:
(a) the Structural Engineers details (slab reinforcement & bracing details)
(b) House plans & elevations
(c) Truss manufacturers design details and
(d) the Builder's Site Supervisors name & mobile.
